Kobe Bryant’s Death Ends Children’s Visionary Book Project with Paulo Coelho

Following the tragic death of Kobe Bryant, visionary writer Paulo Coelho has decided to delete their forthcoming children’s book collection, saying without the basketball player’s contribution “this book has lost its reason.”

Granity Studios, Bryant’s multimedia company, would have self-published the books to help underprivileged children. But that now, sadly, will never happen.

Bryant had already published several children’s basketball-themed fantasy books on Granity, including the Wizenard series and Epoca, and had plans for writing more.
